Digital Products – No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where applicable), as the digital content is made available immediately after purchase.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via an automatic download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address provided during checkout.

Technical Issues or Defective Content

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Lack of results or unmet expectations

  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or internet connection

  • Partial use or consumption of the digital content

European Union Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, please note that the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided that you have given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure they have the necessary software, hardware, and internet connection required to access and use the digital product
