Delivery of Digital Products

All products sold on this store are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your order is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital product immediately or within 24 hours via:

  • a download link displayed on your order confirmation page, and/or

  • an email sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Shopify Note: Digital products are automatically delivered via Shopify’s Digital Downloads app (or your chosen digital delivery app).

Delivery Issues or Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues. If you do not receive access to your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot access your product, contact us at [info (at) arkuotila.fi], and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Delivery Fees

There are no shipping or delivery fees for digital products unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are only offered if the product is defective or access cannot be provided.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • provide a correct email address during checkout, and

  • ensure they have the necessary software, hardware, and internet connection required to access and use the digital product.
